"Fantasy Collection" History
Fantasy Collection was founded in 1995 by Mr. Jahangir Sedighpour and Mr. Albert Sedighpour as a Gift Shop and as an independent retailer. Presently the store is managed by Albert Sedighpour & Hilda Balakhane. The company has been serving the Bay Area community of Northern California since its creation with goods representing from all around the world.
About Store
Fantasy Collection sells over 10,000 items such as unique gifts, popular CDs, Videos, Persian books, houseware, decores, etc, which we hope to bring them all online soon. The driving concept behind the retail superstore's business is “Making it easy to buy. Do not place any barriers between us and the customer.” To execute the concept we take the following steps:
1. Competitive Prices.
2. All customer calls answered as early as possible.
3. There is no minimum order.
4. All orders shipped the next business day when received by:
* 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time
* Liberal return policy (customer pays freight).
5. There is a two weeks window for any item to return (NO RETURN ON BOOKS AND GOLD COINS). Returns processed the next day. Credits issued immediately to minimize customer callbacks that interfere with order processing and increase customer satisfaction. 6. Retail item's weight &
