The box that contained the cooker did not contain any operating instruction booklet. We called a family friend who has a similar unit and recommended this particular brand to us for instructions.
She told us to use 5 cups of rice and 6 cups of water.
The results were outstanding. Our company enjoyed the crunchy crust.
