This is the one that makes great Tah Digh! After our beloved National Rice Cooker found its final resting place we hunted for our next family rice cooker! We found it here at Fantasy Collection. It took about a week to find the perfect ratio of rice/salt/butter but now I think we got it! You need to add a little more water than the instructions say to get perfect Iranian rice, each time with the PARS Rice cooker. The people at Fantasy Collection were very fair and professional.
